A Day in the Life

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team at the L'Oréal Cairo Plant! In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our people strategy, owning impactful projects across Internal Communication and Talent Acquisition. You'll partner with the HR team to foster our unique culture and attract the best future talent.

As an HR Intern, you will:

• Drive Internal Communication: Develop creative and engaging communication campaigns on key topics. You’ll manage projects from the idea stage to planning and full execution, bringing our plant's stories to life.
• Champion Our Employer Brand: Support our employer branding activations and events, showcasing why L'Oréal is a great place to work and engaging with future candidates.
• Master Talent Acquisition: Be a key player in our recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates, helping us build a strong talent pipeline for the Cairo Plant.
• Partner and Influence: Collaborate with your mentor and various teams across the plant to ensure your projects are successful and aligned with our business goals.

We Are Looking For

We are searching for a creative and energetic individual with a real interest in people. You're a great match if you:

• Are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Possess outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with others.
• Are a creative thinker and a natural problem-solver who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.
• Are highly organized, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Are fluent in both English and Arabic.
