ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting key people initiatives and contributing to the employee experience across the organization.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for interns, graduates, and experienced hires
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, learning sessions, and HR events
  • Support HR operations including employee documentation, contracts, and database management
  • Collect and analyze HR data and insights to support decision-making and reporting
  • Contribute to talent development and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with different departments to support business and people priorities
  • Assist in implementing HR projects and initiatives across multiple functions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a multicultural and multi-functional environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Passionate about people, talent development, and organizational culture
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

  • You must be in your final year of university or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Available for a full-time 9–12 months assignment
