About the Role: As a Hair Care R&I Intern, you will be at the forefront of beauty tech, contributing to the development of the next generation of shampoos, conditioners, and styling products. You will support the team in preparing for major upcoming launches, ensuring that our formulas meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and sustainability. This role blends hands-on laboratory experimentation with essential operational management.

Your Main Missions

• Laboratory Formulation & Development:
  • Execute laboratory batches for new hair care formulas following specific protocols.
  • Conduct physico-chemical characterizations (pH, viscosity, stability monitoring, microscopy).
  • Perform performance testing on hair swatches to evaluate shine, combability, and texture.
• Operational Support & Launch Readiness:
  • Coordinate the sourcing and management of raw materials needed for upcoming pilot phases.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the workspace adheres to strict Safety & Quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical dossiers required for product industrialization and launches.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Meticulously document all experimental results in electronic lab notebooks.
  • Analyze data trends to help the senior chemists optimize formulas.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and progress on project timelines.

Who You Are

• Educational Background: Student in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetology , Formulation Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: You have a first experience in a laboratory environment and are comfortable with precise measurement and formulation techniques.
• Mindset: You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a "hands-on" approach to problem-solving.
• Passion: You have a genuine interest in the cosmetic industry and specifically in hair science.
