A Day in the Life
As a Finance Manager based in our Distribition Center in BDL in Ville St-Lauren, you will be a key partner for our Supply Chain Finance team. You will be instrumental in navigating our current financial processes and results while actively designing and implementing more robust and sustainable ways of working for the future.
- Financial Oversight & Analysis: You will oversee critical supply chain financial topics, including inventory value and Days, Excess & Obsolete (E&O) stock value and impact in P&L, and logistics-related SG&A costs including Bad Debt.
- Strategic Business Partnership: You will lead the collaboration with Supply Chain Directors in each division to build inventory landing and E&O stock targets. A key part of your role will be to challenge and support them in creating concrete action plans to achieve these goals.
- Consolidation Total Supply Chain Cost & KPIs: You will own the consolidation of the Total Supply chain Cost and KPIs, working closely with colleagues to integrate result on Physical Execution, Inbound, and Outbound costs into a comprehensive Supply Chain financial picture to review with DAF.
- Process Transformation: Your mission will be to first understand and adapt to existing processes, then lead the charge in rebuilding and optimizing them to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and predictability.
- Reporting & Controlling: You will manage reporting cycles on time, analyze variances, challenge the targets, and ensure the financial integrity of supply chain activities, presenting clear and actionable findings to management.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced CPA with up to 8 years, finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. You are a resilient problem-solver, capable of both navigating complexity and creating structure.
- A background in Finance with demonstrated experience in Cost and KPI controlling, simulation and consolidation.
- Advanced understanding of inventory movements within an SAP environment, and internal control mechanisms like the Stock Equation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for decoding complex information and rebuilding processes.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills, with proficiency in both English ( to collaborate with our international stakeholders) and French.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work with autonomy to drive change and achieve results.
