The Position…
LDB Greece is looking for a Field team Assistant to join the medical team and support all the field teams of the division.
You will report to the Medical Manager and work closely with the Commercial Manager & the Business Development manager. The role is responsible for providing assistantship in the three departments ensuring smooth operation and timely execution of necessary actions for the completion of projects involving clients and partners.
You will be responsible for …
- Preparing & organizing field teams cycle meetings: Online or in-person preparation of cycles, like calendar booking and invitations, team coordination, room booking & technical support, meals, gifts)
- Sampling activation process and POS material to clients and partners,
- Communication with respective teams to ensure smooth operation in the field.
- Creation of Purchase Orders and budget control for field teams
- Onboarding of new members into teams regarding work tools & processes
- Any ad hoc project relevant to the respective field teams
You have…
- BA degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal)
- MS Office Skills
- Passion for collaboration and teamwork
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complexity.
