E-commerce Specialist (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:

 

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Professional Products Division.  Position of E-commerce Specialist requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

 

  • Building, managing, and developing E-Commerce strategy in cooperation with Brand Business Directors, Commercial Director, and Country Directors to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence and respecting the omnichannel strategy for the concrete market.
  • Analyzing the performance of the brands in E-commerce and following up on KPIs like traffic, conversion rate, engagement, average order value etc.
  • Defining the client development and strategic roadmap.  
  • Building, negotiating, and executing with excellence a JBP with key E-commerce partners.
  • Managing promotional budget for E-commerce.
  • Building sustainable long-term relationships with key E-commerce partners and securing the best-in-class presence of our brands on E-com customer websites.
  • Proactively looking to expand the E-Commerce customer base.
  • Building and implementing yearly brand activation plan on various markets: launches, top-opportunities, and activation initiatives in E-com. 
  • Running digital development/launch projects based on division digital strategy and brand brief (responsible for project management, new functions, but not content)
  • Assuring compliance with legal, technical & corporate guidelines of all digital assets
  • Following up on performance and proposes development of ecosystem to improve user experience, security, stability, campaign performance, cost efficiency
  • Implementing, updating, and training on all corporate digital tools for the Division. 
  • Assuring the efficiency of brand campaigns & activities (media, CRM, social) by consulting the brands, cooperating with & challenging creative & media agencies and social media team.
  • Supporting the media brief creation by providing digital insights, digital consumer journey approach, KPI/goal propositions, and challenging digital media plans.
  • Ensuring delivery of data, reports and consistency of all digital subjects to CDO

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

 

  • Has at least 2 to 5 years of similar experience
  • Holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
  • Has a strong background in e-commerce platforms and digital commerce fundamentals 
  • Is familiar with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Has experience with setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and DoubleClick campaigns
  • Has experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Has experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, as well as A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Has project management experience and is able to analyze performance and define action and development plans 
  • Has good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and Figma Design
  • Is familiar with Wordpress or other CMS 
  • Has strong analytical and problem solving skills and is a data-driven thinker
  • Has excellent negotiation and communication skills and is a team player
  • Has good computer skills (Microsoft office with focus on Excel, Outlook)
  • Is creative, results-oriented, proactive and stays up to date with industry trends in digital marketing
  • Is advanced in English language
