A Day in the Life

As a E-commerce Key Account Supply Chain Specialist, you will be the strategic owner of the end-to-end supply chain relationship for our key e-commerce clients. In this dynamic, multi-divisional role, your mission is to be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless alignment between our partners' digital needs and L'Oréal's operational excellence. You will drive performance, optimize processes, and foster collaborative growth.

  • Lead Collaborative Forecasting & Demand Planning: You will work closely with Key Account Managers and Demand Planners, transforming customer data (Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory) into actionable insights to help build highly accurate forecasts and anticipate demand for promotions and new launches.
  • Master the Digital Shelf & Data: You will offer support of the product catalog alignment between L'Oréal and our e-commerce partners, ensuring pristine Master Data accuracy across all systems to guarantee seamless digital availability and prevent order discrepancies.
  • Drive Order Management Excellence: You will oversee the entire order-to-delivery lifecycle, proactively monitoring for potential shortages (OOS) and analyzing their root causes. You'll then implement robust corrective action plans to safeguard business continuity and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: You will track and report on key KPIs such as Service Level, On-Shelf Availability (OSA). By conducting deep-dive analyses of customer data and order profiles, you will identify opportunities to optimize warehousing and transportation costs, directly contributing to the P&L.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic individual with a strong sense of ownership. You are adept at managing complex relationships and can translate data into clear, actionable strategies. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and are motivated by seeing your insights lead to tangible business improvements, from forecast accuracy to customer satisfaction.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You have a proven ability to analyze complex datasets (sell-in/out, inventory, KPIs) to build accurate forecasts, identify trends, and make informed strategic recommendations.
  • E2E Value Chain Acumen: You possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain, from catalog management and demand planning through to order fulfillment and performance analytics in an e-commerce context.
  • Stakeholder Management: You are a natural collaborator, skilled at building strong partnerships and aligning objectives with diverse internal teams (Sales, Planning, IT) and external clients.
  • Influencing: You can effectively communicate complex information and analysis, build a compelling case for change, and guide cross-functional teams and clients toward implementing new processes and solutions.
  • Problem Solving: You are proactive and methodical in identifying the root cause of issues (like shortages or data errors) and implementing effective, long-term corrective actions.
