The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical E-Business Finance Performance Manager to join our CPD (Consumer Products Division) Finance Value team in Vietnam. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the profitability and financial performance of our online channels, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to L'Oréal's growing e-business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online PnL Management:Facilitate and control the profitability of Online P&L by:
  • Monitoring promotion planning and setup.
  • Tracking and analyzing price discrepancies.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of investments (Promotion, PLV, GWP, Online Media).
• Campaign Performance: Oversee the P&L of key online campaigns.
• Governance & Risk Mitigation: Monitor the implementation of Promo Governance to mitigate financial risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Customer Service, and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy of expenses charged to L'Oréal.
• Month-End Closing: Support month-end closing activities specifically for the Online channel.
• Stakeholder Relationships:
  • Internally, collaborate with the E-commerce team, Sales operations, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, and CDMO.
  • Externally, liaise with E-Distributor accountants.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of working experience, ideally within a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
• E-commerce Background: Prior experience in the E-commerce sector is a significant plus.
• Mindset: Possess an open and growth-oriented mindset.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Age Preference: Less than 30 years old.
• Travel: Travel may be required based on job needs.
