What You Will Do:
Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading the delivery team of retail technologies for L’Oreal Americas’ Luxe Division. This role involves leading a team, managing the lifecycle of numerous technologies, strategic decision making, vendor management, and ultimately delivering initiatives according to the business requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Business facing staff member responsible for demand assessments, project planning, and solution development
- Developing and managing team of developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, IT colleagues and external resources to foster teamwork and employ resources effectively
- Leading process or project teams of cross-functional business and IT representatives to design, develop and implement successful changes in quality, timeliness and/or productivity
- Guiding business applications efforts to ensure that process and project management tools and methods are utilized consistently and adhere to PMO guidelines.
- Meeting or exceeding customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency & business value.
- Leading, influencing, and negotiating to achieve business strategies & deliver results.
- Anticipating and resolving issues/barriers that impede progress.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Experience Guideline: At least 7 years' related work experience, with demonstrated expertise in targeted technical area.
- Team management experience
- Technology leadership experience
- Proven track record of excellent project delivery
- Experience managing budgets and resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with digital, sales, retail applications. CEGID Point of Sale/SaaS experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal Relations, Professional Presence, Innovation /
Creativity, Conflict Management, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Presentations, Conducting Meetings - Management Skills: People Management, Technology Management, Project Management (Agile and/or PMP certifications a plus,) Process Management, External Resource (Vendor) Management, Software Release management and implementation; Teamwork, Prioritization, Commitment Management
- Responsibility for project or process management desired.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $126,900 - $184,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
