In the L’Oréal Luxe Division, we create the very best of luxury beauty. Our Division has an unrivalled portfolio of 23 aspirational brands (Yves Saint Laurent, Kiehl's, Lancôme, Prada, and Urban Decay to name a few) and an incredibly talented team of 28k experts, making it perfectly equipped to meet the endless and all-encompassing demands of luxury consumers around the world.
The Director of Business Analytics will support Retail Sales reporting and analysis while assisting in compilation of all Corporate and Executive Management reporting for key, strategic business meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee Commercial Performance retail reporting responsibilities including retailp erformance ,Mix of Business ,and Key Pillar reporting, sell thru reporting. Report weekly and Monthly analytics (comparison to prior year & weekly plans) with insights for the purpose of identifying trends & patterns by retailer and across the Business Units.
- Compilation of MRM//IMM high level meeting Retail Reporting and Insights in conjunction with the AVP Commercial Performance and Analytics.
- Act as point person on key ad Hoc team wideprojects for the wider Commercial Performance and Analytics team
- Plays leadership role in data and Information liaison between CGO, Finance, Luxe Analytics Insights L’Oreal Luxe Divisional reporting
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degreerequired
- 7-10years in Analysis or like job field experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, or a related strategic field, with a demonstrated history of delivering high-impact insights in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial Ownership: A self-starter .The ability to take the initiative to identify opportunities and risks without needing extensive oversight
- Agile Problem Solving: A "test-and-learn" approach and you can rapidly iterate on solutions. You are comfortable with ambiguity unpossessed resilience to pivot strategies as business priorities evolve.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Curious mindset that looks beyond the "what" to discover the "why."
- Executive Presence& Analytical Storytelling:Good communicationskills with a specific focus on "telling the story “Behindthenumbers. You can translate complex data sets into clear, persuasive narratives for executive leadership.
- Established ability to cross functionally collaborate
- High Level expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
What We Offer:
Salary Range: 138,500 - 200,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
