A Day in the Life
As the Digital & e-Commerce Head for Central America and Andean Region, you’ll lead the digital transformation and e-commerce strategy, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of innovation and consumer engagement. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee a dynamic team and collaborate across functions to deliver impactful, consumer-first digital experiences.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Digital Strategy Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and ambitions.
  • Media & Advocacy: Oversee media planning and advocacy efforts to amplify the brand’s presence and connect meaningfully with consumers.
  • Content & Community Management: Drive the creation of engaging content and foster vibrant online communities to enhance consumer engagement.
  • CRM & Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage consumer insights and data to build strong relationships and deliver personalized experiences.
  • Performance & Innovation: Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation across digital channels.
  • Consumer-Centric Transformation: Champion a consumer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and value at every touchpoint.


We Are Looking For
You’re a great match for this role if you:

  • Are a senior professional with proven leadership experience, capable of inspiring and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Have extensive experience in digital project management, with expertise in SEO, SEM, Data Analytics, CRM, media planning...
  • Are fluent in English (advanced level) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Are a strategic thinker with a consumer-first mindset, able to drive transformation and innovation while keeping customer satisfaction at the core.
  • Are self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong analytical mindset, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
