A Day in the Life
As a Data Product Owner in our CDAO team, you will be a key catalyst for driving business impact through data. Reporting into the CDAO organization, you will champion the adoption of our international data products while developing bespoke solutions that meet the unique needs of the Spanish & Portuguese markets. This is an opportunity to act as a strategic bridge between business, local developers, and international teams, ensuring data becomes a core driver of our success.
- Lead Product Strategy: You will steer the entire product development lifecycle, from identifying business needs and prioritizing features in the local backlog to ensuring a successful launch aligned with our commercial, digital, marketing & operations objectives.
- Drive Business Impact: You will develop and scale local Proof of Concepts (POCs) and use cases with a clear focus on measurable business impact, tracking progress through dedicated KPIs and ensuring our data solutions are fully integrated into daily operations.
- Foster Collaboration & Adoption: You will act as the central liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, animating our Data Tribes and leading upskilling programs to build a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Ensure Data Excellence: You will oversee local data collection, taking ownership of its quality and accuracy while gathering user feedback to continuously monitor and optimize product performance.
We Are Looking For
You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into high-impact data solutions. As an experienced professional, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at influencing stakeholders to drive change. You have:
- A background in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with experience in analytics-focused roles.
- Data & Analytics Acumen: Ability to work with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI). - big plus!
- Strategic Product Management: Experience managing a product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and working within an Agile environment.
- Business Impact Focus: A talent for identifying commercial opportunities and measuring the strategic impact of data initiatives.
- Stakeholder Influence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and drive product adoption.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential; Portuguese is a great asset.
