A Day in the Life
As the Creative Content Leader for Vogue within L'Oréal Groupe's International Marketing Direction (DMI) team, you will be the creative engine behind one of the most iconic fashion and beauty brands in the world. Based in Latin America, your mission is to define and lead the global content strategy for Vogue — shaping brand universes, leading campaign conceptualization, managing agency relationships, and producing master assets that will be adapted and deployed across all LATAM markets. You are not just creating content; you are building a creative legacy.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Creative & Content Strategy: Lead the conceptualization and development of 360-degree campaign concepts and creative platforms for new product launches and brand animations, ensuring a cohesive and impactful creative vision across all touchpoints.
- Brand Building & Storytelling: Develop and own Vogue's brand narrative, constructing rich, emotionally resonant brand universes that connect with consumers and reinforce the brand's iconic positioning.
- Agency Management & Production Leadership: Lead and manage relationships with creative agencies and production partners, overseeing the end-to-end production of all master creative assets — including key visuals, campaign films, and digital content.
- Branding & Creative Direction: Act as the guardian of Vogue's creative identity, ensuring consistency, elevation, and boldness across every brand expression, from concept to final execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, market intelligence, and local market teams to ensure content is both creatively excellent and commercially relevant.
- Content Innovation: Drive innovation in content formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches, keeping Vogue at the forefront of cultural and aesthetic trends.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a bold, creatively driven leader with a proven track record in brand building, content creation, and agency management. You are a natural storyteller with a sharp aesthetic eye, a strong commercial instinct, and the ability to inspire and guide creative teams toward extraordinary work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative strategy, brand building, or content leadership role — at a top creative agency or in-house for a major consumer brand (beauty or fashion experience is a strong plus).
- Demonstrated experience in agency management and leading end-to-end creative production processes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful, multi-platform brand campaigns and creative brand-building work.
- Deep understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and the full creative process — from consumer insight to final execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
