Our Consumer Products Division (CPD) is the commercial engine of L’Oréal. We’re the team behind iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, and Garnier, and we’re looking for a intern to help us win in New Zealand’s the competitive grocery retail landscape.
The Team: High Performance, Zero Ego You’ll be joining the Foodstuffs Commercial Team; a group of sharp, results-driven professionals who manage our partnership with NZ’s largest grocery co-operative. What You’ll Actually Do:
- Get in the Thick of It: You won't just be 'supporting' a team; you’ll be involved in the day-to-day reality of the working in a commercial on the Foodstuffs National Account.
- Master the Data: In FMCG, data is our source of truth. You’ll dive into scan data and insights to find the "why" behind the numbers, helping us spot opportunities and build compelling commercial case for our retailers.
- Own the Aisle: From tracking the ROI of our latest promotions to ensuring our shelf visibility is world-class, you’ll take charge of projects that have a direct impact on our bottom line.
- Collaborate Across the Business: You’ll work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance Teams, ensuring our big brand activations actually work in the reality of a Pak’nSave or New World aisle.
- Learn the "Unwritten Rules": You’ll be mentored by business leaders who will teach you how to build deep stakeholder trust, solve problems before they become crises, and navigate the unique co-operative model of the NZ grocery industry.
