Role Overview As the CMI Manager, you will be the strategic compass of the business. Your mission is to create, drive, and lead the market insight and business intelligence strategy, seamlessly integrating it into our overarching growth strategy. You will transform complex data into a competitive advantage, ensuring that consumer-centricity and market trends are at the heart of every business decision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Analysis

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead deep-dive category and competitor analyses to uncover high-level strategic insights that drive sustainable business growth.
  • Actionable Intelligence: Synthesize complex, multi-source data sets into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations that shape the future of the division.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to marketing, sales, and digital teams to identify untapped growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Innovation in Data: Influence the data acquisition strategy by exploring "L’Oréal Adjacencies"—identifying potential in new segments and territories to expand our market footprint.

2. Omnichannel Report Delivery

  • Global & Regional Synergy: Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to aggregate market and division data, providing a holistic 360-degree view of the omnichannel landscape.
  • Agile Reporting: Own the delivery of accurate bi-monthly reports, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with the most up-to-date information for rapid, data-driven decision-making.
  • Visual Storytelling: Design and manage visually engaging, intuitive dashboards that transform "raw noise" into impactful insights, making data accessible and meaningful for all levels of the organization.

3. Consumer Panel Simplification & Empowerment

  • Performance Monitoring: Provide high-impact, concise summaries of the latest performance updates from purchase panels (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, etc.), focusing on "the why" behind the numbers.
  • Platform Excellence: Proactively monitor platform usage and provide expert support to internal teams, ensuring we are maximizing the ROI of our business intelligence tools.
  • Data Literacy Advocacy: Lead the "democratization of data" by organizing and delivering ongoing training sessions. You will empower users to become self-sufficient in data retrieval and interpretation, fostering a culture of data literacy.
