In partnership with the laboratories, our Evaluation Intelligence department's mission is:
- To ensure the perceived performance, relevance, and coherence of new beauty experiences for our consumers,
- And also to identify and validate the claims that will enhance the value of the group's future launches and renovations.
We work for all Cosmetics categories (skincare, makeup, hygiene) and all the Group's brands.

As part of the Consumer Evaluation teams, you will champion the voice of the consumer throughout the projects you contribute to, ensuring the successful market launch of Research & Innovation breakthroughs.
Your main responsibilities are:
- You will be responsible for implementing and steering quantitative consumer studies. This includes a significant proportion of "claims" studies designed to highlight our innovations, as well as "Blind Use Tests" and "Sniff Tests" to validate the performance of our new products and reformulations.
- In collaboration with market research agencies, you will ensure the definition of the optimal test design to meet the objectives of our laboratories and marketing teams, while integrating specific category and local requirements.
- You will manage studies at a local level (Europe Hub) as well as international projects (primarily focused on China and the US) in coordination with our local teams.
Your assets for success:
- Master's degree, or business school diploma or engineering school specializing in consumer studies.
- You have mastered quantitative research techniques and are fully autonomous in managing multi-country consumer studies across all stages of the process.
- You can challenge and transform a brief into a robust, operational consumer study design.
- Gifted with excellent relational skills and active listening, you communicate easily both in writing and speaking. You know how to convince your audience while demonstrating flexibility.
- You are self-driven and possess a strong ability to anticipate needs and challenges.
- You are organized and meticulous, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
