As our Business Planning & Commercial Manager, you will:

  • Drive Commercial Strategy: Lead the local implementation of our ANZ Commercial Growth strategy in alignment with Australia to deliver on all commercial KPIs across both online and offline channels
  • Sales & Forecast Management: Oversee the construction of the NZ by customer sales plans and create a consolidated topline view of sell out, sell in & stock in trade impacts on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Provide accurate sales projections to support the Supply & Demand team with forecasting & procurement
  • Risk & Opportunity Leadership: Serve as the key escalation point for commercial topics, proactively anticipating risks and opportunities to ensure clear alignment across plans and deliverables
  • Planning & Optimization: Animate weekly commercial planning, support monthly forecast validation, and collaborate with Supply & Customer Care to enhance fill rates and forecast accuracy
  • Strategic Analysis & Growth: Analyze sales data to identify insights, optimize the Omni-Planner spend plan, and work with OMNI KAMs on Joint Business Plans for balanced channel strategy
  • Team Development: manage the progress and development of your direct reports and ensure partnership with other key functions and counterparts across the ANZ business

 

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Collaborative Leadership: Natural ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams, always with a customer-centric mindset
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and data visualization skills, enabling agile and quick decision-making
  • Influential Communicator: Excellent interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills for effective relationship building
  • Business & Financial Insight: Proven expertise in business planning, P&L interpretation, and understanding KPI impact
  • Digital Proficiency: A solid grasp of Digital & E-commerce landscapes and strategies
  • Experience & Education: Tertiary level experience, preferably with a Business or Supply Chain degree, 5+ years of experience in a commercial role, and must have experience managing a team.
