A Day in the Life
As a Business Planning & Analyses Manager, you will be the analytical engine of our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division. You will support our commercial and supply chain teams, ensuring our business strategies are built on accurate data and insightful forecasting.
  • Forecasting & Analysis: You will drive forecast accuracy by analyzing data, challenging monthly sales forecasts, and consolidating total sales figures to identify potential gaps and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will lead monthly forecast meetings with Key Account Managers and communicate objective, data-driven feedback to key stakeholders across General Management, Sales, Supply, and Finance.
  • Customer & Process Expertise: You will develop a deep understanding of customer supply rules and policies. You'll become an expert in our new forecasting tools to validate and enhance sales forecasts.
We Are Looking For
You're a great match for this role if you have a strong commercial mindset and a sharp eye for detail. We are looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience in a business or sales analysis role (5-8 years), ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work fluently in English.
  • A degree in a relevant field like Business or a technical discipline.
