As Brand Manager you will: 

  • Contribute to the growth of the La Roche-Posay brand portfolio by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through promotional and advertising excellence.  
  • Lead local adaptation of advertising creative material based on market trends analysis.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for managed brand (IMC/360).
  • Closely cooperate with other departments (Business development - trade online & offline activation team, medical and scientific, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on consumer and market research & data.
  • Develop communication based on consumer insights and trends (offline& online).
  • Develop brand’s activations in cooperation with other departments.

You're a perfect match if you: 

  • Have experience in a fast-paced environment, where power brands are part of your everyday work. 
  • Like to discover new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use. 
  • Have the expertise of consumers insights research and market data analysis. 
  • Have strong analytical, communication and networking skills. 
  • Like to stay always up to date with market and consumer trends. 
  • Have the ability to work with Nielsen/IQVIA (or similar) data (nice to have). 
  • Are a creative innovation seeker. 
  • You are optimistic and have can-do attitude. 
  • Are fluent in both Polish and English.
