What will you do?
As the Brand Lead - Skincare, you will be the strategic mind and entrepreneurial force behind one of our iconic brands, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will own the brand’s P&L and drive its long-term growth and profitability.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the Brand Vision: Define and execute a powerful brand strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the brand’s identity and business objectives in the local market.
- Drive Business Performance: Steer the brand’s financial health, from budget planning and P&L management to sales forecasting and market share growth.
- Innovate and Activate: Orchestrate 360° campaigns, from product launches to retail and digital activations, creating seamless and engaging consumer experiences.
- Build Winning Teams: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and consumer-centricity.
We Are Looking For
You are a seasoned business leader with at least 8 years of experience. With a proven track record of building successful brands in a dynamic market. You thrive on challenges and possess a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You are an inspiring leader who can rally teams and stakeholders around a common vision.
You have demonstrated abilities in:
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management and market dynamics to steer brand profitability.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and implement long-term brand strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Consumer Centricity: Placing the consumer at the heart of all decisions and activations.
- People Development: Empowering and coaching teams to unlock their full potential.
- Digital & Media Fluency: Expertise in leveraging digital channels and media to build brand equity and drive performance.
