The Role

As the Brand Engagement Manager for Advocacy & Influence, you will act as the chief architect of our social, consumer, and medical advocacy strategy across the Poland & Baltics Hub. Operating in a matrix structure - reporting directly to the Brand Business Director, with a matrix line to the Advocacy & Influence Head LDB - you will shape the brand's digital footprint for years to come. Through targeted cooperation with the most suitable creators, high-profile ambassadors, and medical experts, you will elevate the brand's image and promote sustainable growth.


Your Responsibilities

  • Pioneering "Medvocacy" & Strategic Partnerships: You will identify and build long-term relationships with top influencers, high-league spokespersons, specialized agencies, and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). This is a unique opportunity to pioneer and shape the landscape of "medvocacy" in Poland, bridging the gap between medical expertise and brand advocacy.
  • Campaign Management: You plan and realize creative influencer campaigns from A to Z – from always-on activities to major launches. In doing so, you oversee content creation, orchestrate User Generated Content (UGC), and ensure a strong, sales-driving O+O (Online + Offline) integration.
  • Performance Analysis: You analyze and evaluate the performance of our activities based on relevant KPIs (such as Share of Influence and Spend Efficiency). Using tools like Traackr and PowerBI, you create meaningful reports and derive actionable, data-backed recommendations.
  • Trend Hacking: You keep an eye on current social media trends and new technologies. You develop and implement an innovative influencer marketing strategy that resonates with the decidated brand's diverse target audience across multiple iconic skin and hair franchises.
  • Event Management & Logistics: You organize digital or physical influencer events and masterclasses (or navigate input to global ones) to provide exclusive insights into our dermatological product world. You also oversee seeding operations and creative mailers.


Your Profile

  • Around 3 years of robust professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand engagement, alongside a successfully completed university degree. You’ve moved past the learning phase and still crave hands-on execution.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with an exceptional ability to build bridges and collaborate across complex matrices involving DMIs (Global Head Office), Retailers, HCPs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong digital expertise, tool mastery, and the analytical skills needed to translate raw data into compelling business narratives.
  • Target audience intuition - you truly "feel" the diverse consumer profiles of the brand.
  • An entrepreneurial, disruptive mindset. You enjoy taking calculated risks, bringing bold ideas to a global stage, and inspiring others to drive change.
