As BBL in CPD you are one of the division marketing leaders, responsible for one of the CPD categories in the BNL and reporting into the CPD BNL Marketing Director. Together with a team of various marketers you manage your brands in the BNL market, from strategy to execution.

You will:

  • Define the Hair Brands and category strategy, including launch plan, valorization plan (or RGM plan) and go to market activation (media, advocacy, etc)
  • Drive the operational implementation and excellence of the marketing strategy in the Netherlands and Belgium, fostering collaboration between go-to-market teams
  • Drive the Hair Brands / category performance with a strong P&L acumen and being the guardian of the budget respect
  • Define the brands communication and local IMC in order to build consistent brand equity
  • Co-develop the consumer journey for the hair brands/category with CMI and digital to maximize sales across all channels on- and offline.
  • Report the hair brands/category performance to key stakeholders and being the voice of the brands in internal (local and international) meetings (eg Hub and zone meeting, AMAX, DMI workshops etc)
  • Managing my team, creating a great place to work, and grow the individual contribution and skillset of the team members (talent development)
  • Have a direct team of Product Brand Managers and Coordinator as well as the Business Manager. The latter leads the team of the Retail Brand managers and an Online Brand manager. As BBL you are accountable for your full team.

 

Your have:

  • Min 8-10 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrable achievements in driving brand growth, market share gains, or successful product launches.
  • Experience developing and communicating compelling brand narratives, value propositions, and visual identities.
  • A proven track record in creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, traditional, etc.).
  • Experience launching new products/services, understanding consumer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis into actionable brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, pricing, forecasting, and budget management to drive profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • The ability to be risk aware and build contingency into plans.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams, setting clear goals, delegating effectively, and fostering a collaborative environment. 
  • A strong stakeholder management experience (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to align on goals and drive execution.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and embraces change and innovation.
