L'Oréal CZ/SK/HU, a beauty tech leader, is seeking a Beauty Advisors Manager for its L'Oréal Luxe (LL) division. L'Oréal Luxe offers a portfolio of prestigious, high-end fragrance, skincare, and makeup brands, appealing to discerning consumers with a focus on quality and exclusivity.

Beauty Advisors Manager is a key driver of sales and brand representation within Hungary. This role involves leading, developing, and motivating a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The Beauty Advisors Manager balances team management, operational duties, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of brand strategies at the store level.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Performance: Drive the BA team to exceed sales targets, maximizing sell-out through effective coaching and strategic initiatives. Monitor individual BA performance, providing regular feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance BA skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and brand representation. Conduct performance reviews, setting clear expectations and development goals based on key performance indicators and mystery shopping results.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the BA team, including creating and managing schedules, ensuring optimal store coverage. Manage administrative tasks, including updating the BA database, tracking team effectiveness, and monitoring profitability. Plan and execute in-store events and animations, coordinating logistics for BAs, hostesses, and makeup artists (MUAs).
  • Brand Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of L'Oréal Luxe brands, products, and values. Ensure the BA team possesses comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques. Keep up-to-date on beauty technology and ensure the team is proficient in utilizing tools like Nexa.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and internal stakeholders. Effectively communicate with the Luxe Hub, Education, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on targets, promotions, and brand initiatives. Address and resolve any conflicts that arise within the team or with partners.
  • Training & Development: Partner with the Education team to identify and address training needs for the BA team. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and brand representation. Leverage brand-provided resources and create customized training programs to meet specific team needs.


What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience managing and developing a sales team, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, performance management, and coaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry with a strong understanding of L'Oréal Luxe brands.
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
