Your mission
As our Nordic O+O B2B Brand Activation Manager, you will be the architect of our B2B customer journey. You will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and commercial execution, ensuring that every touchpoint, from our online ordering platform to the physical hair salon, delivers a premium, 360-degree brand experience. You will lead the "Go-To-Market" (GTM) strategy across four Nordic countries, acting as a powerful advocate for the brand to ensure high priority among our sales teams.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Strategic GTM & Full-Funnel Orchestration: You will develop and lead the Go-To-Market plans. You will build full-funnel activation strategies that capture consumer attention and convert it into B2B business growth. By seamlessly connecting product innovation with professional education, you will stimulate the "origin" of our business, ensuring our activations empower stylists to drive the brand experience.
- Elevated Salon Experience: Design 360° offline campaigns and lead the physical transformation of salons, upgrading merchandising and furniture, to ensure the brand DNA is felt at every touchpoint.
- Commercial Strategy & ROI: Develop data-driven campaigns and loyalty programs (Pack Privilege). Manage selectivity agreements and activation budgets to maximize ROI, sell-in, and sell-out.
- Pro Differentiation & Beauty Tech: Sharpen our professional edge by rolling out K-Scan Beauty Tech, elevating the consultation process and service offering to differentiate our partner salons.
- E-Commerce & Content Excellence: Own the "digital shelf" on L’Oréal Partner Shop. Leverage e-com fundamentals and best-in-class content to transform the platform into a driver of growth and inspiration.
- CRM Journey Development: Architect personalized, data-driven CRM journeys that nurture the B2B relationship and drive recurring business through high-converting content.
- Stakeholder Influence & Sales Prioritization: Lead Nordic Go-To-Market orchestration, using powerful communication to influence multi-brand sales teams and ensure our brand is their top priority across all four countries.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop a Management Trainee while acting as the "voice of the stylist" within the brand team to ensure market-relevant execution.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a high-energy leader with a "growth mindset" who understands that in B2B, the customer is the professional who is the heart of everything we do, without compromising on excellent consumer experience. To succeed, you should have:
- Proven experience: 4-6 years of experience in Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, or E-commerce, ideally within a B2B or premium consumer goods environment.
- Full-funnel expertise: A deep understanding of how to connect awareness, consideration, and conversion across both digital and physical channels.
- E-com & CRM understanding: Strong knowledge of e-commerce fundamentals and a track record of developing compelling digital content.
- Commercial acumen: The ability to translate marketing "magic" into commercial "logic" for our salon partners and sales teams.
- Exceptional influence: You are a natural leader who can navigate a complex matrix organization and influence stakeholders at all levels. You know how to "sell the plan" to the sales force to get their full commitment.
- Project management: Excellence in managing complex, multi-country projects with strict deadlines and frequent delivery cycles.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a significant advantage.
