In the department of Hair Care Research, we are looking for a Formulation Scientist
Type of contract: Full time
Location: Mumbai, India
As a Scientist in the Development group, your responsibilities will include..
- Managing Hair Color and Hair Care formulation for PPD
- Manage claims and scientific communications for PPD
- Competition mapping and analysis
- Work with regulatory affairs teams
- Maintain Close connect with global lab partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like CMI, DI, Evaluation
- Work closely with stakeholders like Operations teams: PD, Factory, QC, Sourcing
- Key point of contact for PPD DMI & Marketing
To succeed in this position, you have :
- Bachelors/Masters or PhD in relevant disciplines
- 8 – 10 years Industry experience with a provent track record of products in the market
You are :
- Self-motivated with networking ability
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication (written & oral) and organizational skills
- Confident engaging with and presenting to senior executives
- Open minded and flexible to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- A Dynamic person with good Communication Skills and strong ambition to grow
