JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH

STRATEGIC PLANNING:

  • Collect & analyze consumer, market insights / competitors and sales data to define marketing plan to to make recommendations to management
  • Develop and lead assigned campaign strategy & planning to achieve business objectives.

CHANNEL EXECUTION

  • Channel activity planning
  • Take responsibilities for assigned product launch in collaboration with online & offline channel, education, demand planning: Promotion scheme (bundle, minisize, GWP/ O+O activities/ POS development)

BRAND COMMUNICATION

  • Define campaign communication idea is relevant with local customer insights and brand equity
  • Take ownership for IMC, A&P of assigned franchises/launches to drive sales & build brand love/equity 
  • Coordinate with Media, Advocacy, Retail, Education & Merchandising for consumer/retail excellence to achieve outstanding visibility, brand image, key message and service


2. DAILY TASK 

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Forecast & analysis ownership for own product to deliver Sales Out target. 

TRADE MAXIMIZATION:

  • Collaboratively works with KAMs to create account specific promo plans (display + flyer) 
  • Manage Category PLV Budget
  • BA education document & keep track with Edu team
  • Planogram keep track with Merchandising


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Assistant Brand Manager with FMCG background. Beauty lover is preferred
