Key Responsibilities:

  • Create & maintain E-campaign plan in all Online Consumer engagement Touchpoints (Livestream, Video) that goes along with Brand Strategy and Thematic Mega Campaign Concept.
  • Conduct Merchandising brief to deliver disruptive Merchandising Creatives that go in line with Brand Strategy and Regional Strategy.
  • Assist in managing support system integrations on product properties, included but not limited to: FDR, COSMO, Salsify, OMS, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokshop Seller Center.
  • Leading Mega Campaigns in terms of
    • Collecting competitor’s analysis for benchmarking purpose
    • Brainstorming for Thematic Campaign Ideas
    • Work with internal stakeholders (Brand team, Merchandising, Media, Commercial) to deliver E-campaign plan & Channel activities
  • Conduct Campaign Post-Mortem Analysis to measure campaign effectiveness in terms of Ecommerce KPIs, Product Performance & provide insights for campaign optimization.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with online platforms, focusing on merchandising and visual presentation. A proven track record of success in managing online product displays, creating compelling visual content is essential.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach is highly valued.
