A Day in the Life 

As the Assistant Manager/Manager Online Brand Marketing for Redken, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand's digital footprint and driving its success in the online space. Reporting to the Brand GM, you will be a key individual contributor, crafting and executing the online strategy to elevate Redken's presence and engage with our professional and consumer audiences across India.

  • Online Brand Activation: You will build and implement dynamic brand activations across all online channels, including e-commerce, social commerce, and other digital platforms.
  • Launch Excellence: You will orchestrate the successful launch of new products online, ensuring a seamless and impactful presence across all digital touchpoints.
  • Content & Imagery Management: You will be the guardian of Redken's online image, creating and adapting compelling content to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
  • Collaborative Execution: You will be a central point of contact, working closely with internal Brand, E-commerce, and Digital teams, as well as external media and digital agencies, to activate brand campaigns and co-own the on-platform media strategy.

We Are Looking For 

We are looking for a digitally-astute brand builder with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to make a significant impact. You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of the online landscape.

  • A Master’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or product management. Prior experience in similar roles in a BPC (Beauty & Personal Care), FMCD (Electronics), New Age Media (OTT) and D2C brand is preferable.
  • Brand, Social Media, Advocacy & Influence: Ability to build, manage, and amplify a brand's presence across online platforms.
  • Campaign & Content Management: Expertise in creating and executing engaging campaigns and content.
  • E-commerce Analytics & Performance: Skill in monitoring campaign performance to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Project Management: Proven ability to run digital projects and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners effectively.
