At L'Oreal, Beauty is our passion and Innovation is fuel for driving us to the destination. As consumers' behaviors have changed a lot in the past few years from offline to online channel, L'Oreal as a provider, we have adapted ourselves in order to support consumers precisely. 

 

Our E-Commerce channel has been expanded and we are looking for an experienced candidate who has solid background in online commercial /digital marketing and affiliates marketing to join a new challenging opportunity in the E-Commerce team.

 

You Will:

  • Responsible for growing sell out & sell in (where applicable) target through affiliates marketing
  • Able to identify potential or build up top affilators in order to grow sell out as well as create connection to drive relationships with potential affiliators
  • Creative mindset with interest and ability to point out and/or create new social trend while maintaining the connection back to business perspective through using the affiliates communities effectively
  • Developing, implementing, and managing the comprehensive affiliates strategy to achieve sales and market share objectives
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social trends, identify opportunities, and create creative data-driven action plans to grow affiliate segment
  • Collaborating with internal teams locally and regionally, from marketing, media and performance marketing to ensure seamless marketing and business operations
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with respective affiliates communities
  • Monitoring market movements and trends in order to identify new avenues for growth or threats to the business, to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge


You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven 2-4 years of solid experience in E-Commerce, preferably in a consumer goods industry with an in-depth knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, affiliate, and social commerce strategies
  • Possession of creative thinking and strategic mindset, with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for emerging trends in social commerce
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in steering complex projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Self-motivated, driven, and resolute individual with a strategic mindset
  • Possession of agility, demonstrating the capability to swiftly adapt to dynamic environments and evolving business needs
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai communication at a business conduct level
