A Day in the Life

As a Advocacy & Influence Manager for our Consumer Products Division, you will shape the digital presence for iconic brands like L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline across the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. Reporting to the Senior Advocacy & Influence manager, you will be the strategic mind behind our influencer marketing, driving engagement and creating impactful social narratives. You will also be able to co-create a very powerful momentum, the affiliate influencer program.

You will:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and implement influencer marketing strategies focused on key categories for the CZ/HU/SK hub, defining influencer tribes and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Drive Paid Advocacy: Lead paid content collaborations with creators, manage performance, and spearhead social selling initiatives with our retail partners. You will also be responsible to promote e-comm events via creator community.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with our PR & influencer agency, internal brand marketing teams, and media specialists to ensure a cohesive and powerful digital voice.
  • Engage Communities: Cultivate and grow online creator communities through strategic collaborations, events, and innovative engagement tactics.

You have:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with creators and internal teams.
  • An analytical mindset to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.
  • A deep understanding of all major social media platforms and the latest trends.
