Your Mission
Within Activation Management, you're the architect and driving force behind the Go-To-Market Strategy in your category. Your innovative mindset will be key in leading the activation of G2M levers, designing engaging Shopper Activation Plans, and setting the scene for PLV/Events. Working in close partnership with In-Store Excellence, you'll bring your category to life in the store.
Your Key Responsabilities:
- Responsible for creating & activating the G2M O+O Strategy in its category.
- Lead the O+O activation of G2M levers of its category.
- Design O+O Shopper Acitvation Plan along with Launch & Hero Skus animation for respective category.
- Define PLV/Events plan - define general composition of PLV.
- Close partnership with In-Store Excellence on the category activation.
- Analysis and monitoring of G2M KPIs in your category.
- Sell out vision: Analyze MS from its Category in the channel / customer to conduct post-evaluation of activations.
- Inform and keep up to date with competitor's movements (launches, formats, promotions...).
You're a perfect match if you have:
- Experience in trade marketing / activation management ideally in beauty or FMCG environment.
- Proven track record in Trade & commercial role in international companies
- Persuasive, executive communicator.
- Excellent planning & organization.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management & prioritisation.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English.
