Your Missions
As an apprentice in Digital, E-commerce, or Innovation, you'll join a dedicated team within one of our divisions or at the Corporate level. Your goals will be concrete and your responsibilities engaging. Depending on your team, you will actively take part in:
- E-commerce & E-boutique: Animating our e-commerce sites, managing product catalogs, and optimizing the online customer journey (UX/UI, SEO).
- Data & Performance: Analyzing the performance of our initiatives, tracking key metrics, and turning data into strategic business recommendations.
- CRM & Consumer Engagement: Developing and executing strategies to build lasting and personalized relationships with our consumers.
- Digital Services & Innovation: Leading transformation projects, imagining new digital services, and integrating the latest tech trends to reinvent the beauty experience.

The Recruitment Process
- Recruiter Interview - 30 min: An opportunity to introduce yourself and discuss the opportunities & L'Oréal Groupe.
