A Day in the Life
As a Product Marketing Manager for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Montreal, you will orchestrate product launches and drive the growth of our brands. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be the expert on your products, market, and consumers, helping to expand our consumer relationships.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Gather and analyze consumer, market, and competitor insights to make strategic recommendations.
- Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies (Digital, Retail, Media) to create engaging consumer experiences.
- Lead new product launches while ensuring the growth of core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Medical, to guarantee the success of marketing initiatives.
