A Day in the Life

As a Digital Performance Manager at L'Oréal Canada, you'll be an integral part of our CDMO Media team, collaborating with a dynamic group of 4 experts. Reporting to the Media Director. You will play a key role in optimizing our media campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize impact and achieve our ambitious business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to L'Oréal's sustainability goals, aligning with our L4TF (L’Oréal for the Future) commitment. You will collaborate closely with the Digital business & Finance teams across the organization and our extended media team with our agency partners, contributing your expertise to a wide range of projects.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance across various digital channels, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights, inform media strategies, and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to the Data, Ecommerce, Advocacy, Divisions, Brand and Agency teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of media campaigns.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Explore new and emerging digital platforms and technologies, identify opportunities for innovation, and test new approaches to media activation.
  • Sustainability Integration: Integrate L'Oréal's L4TF (L’Oréal for the Future) principles into media strategies, contributing to our global sustainability goals.

Additional requirements include proficiency in English and French, and a degree in Marketing, BA/MBA, Advertising, or a related field.
