A Day in the Life
As a CPFR Analyst, you will be a key player in our Supply Chain team, ensuring our iconic products are perfectly placed for our consumers. You will build personalized alliances with our retail partners and internal Sales teams to master efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
- Forge strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and internal teams to orchestrate a seamless order-to-delivery process.
- Analyze critical KPIs such as in-stocks, fill rates, and forecast accuracy to optimize store-level inventory performance.
- Lead meetings with clients to align on promotional schedules, inventory strategies, and new category initiatives.
- Leverage your analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative customer solutions that set new standards.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven analyst with a talent for building relationships and navigating a dynamic environment. You are a self-directed problem-solver with strong organizational skills and the ability to influence key decisions.
You are a great match if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in a supply chain role, ideally with client-facing responsibilities.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of SAP and Retail Link is a strong asset.
