A Day in the Life

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business performance for one of our divisions.  Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure financial excellence and strategic decision-making. 


Your responsibilities will include: 

    Budget Management: Oversee and control budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

    Financial Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, sales, and administrative teams, providing insights and recommendations. 

    Process Improvement: Lead or contribute to projects aimed at enhancing financial processes and systems. 

    Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Monitor and update risks and opportunities for marketing expenses, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. 

    Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive profitability.


You’ll thrive in this role if you: 


    Have 3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst, ideally in the consumer goods or related industry. 

    Hold a university degree in Finance (a post-graduate diploma is an asset). 

    Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience with SAP (an asset). 

    Excel in time management, multitasking, and adapting to new systems. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills
