A Day in the Life
You will join the LabAutomation team embedded within Operational Excellence in Saint‑Ouen, acting as Product Owner — the bridge between lab instruments and the R&I data ecosystem. You work closely with R&I, IT and lab stakeholders.
- Product vision & roadmap: define product vision with stakeholders, gather needs across entities, and prioritise epics on the product roadmap.
- Backlog & delivery ownership: shape and prioritise user stories and epics (ServiceNow), ensure visibility and high service quality for internal customers.
- Tech collaboration & remediation: work daily with Scrum Masters, PL, QA and developers; drive remediation plans and continuous technical improvements.
- Performance & value tracking: build dashboards, analyse KPIs, and prioritise enhancements focused on user value and delivery quality.
We Are Looking For
You are a user‑centric Product Owner with a curiosity for laboratory data flows and strong cross‑functional influence. You hold Bac +5 with minimum 5 years’ experience and proven Product Owner experience. Fluent in French and English.
Core skills:
- Mastery of Agile methodology
- Backlog management (ServiceNow) & project governance tools
- Functional analysis & process modelling
- IT technical knowledge (APIs, databases, UX/UI)
- Cross‑functional leadership & adaptability
