- Ensure that bulk products and Finished Products (FP) of the coloration type comply with their physico-chemical specifications.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for coloration-type formulas to ensure they meet our 6 winning pillars (safety, quality, efficiency, losses, hygiene, agility).
Service & Laboratory Component:
- Provide Process service on the evening shift (monitoring launches, transfers, washes, adjustments, corrections, recycling, manufacturing support).
- Analyze launch bulk products, non-V2 or problematic bulk products (blocked UP) as well as stability & aging samples in the laboratory.
- Participate in bulk Non-Conformity (NC) investigations by performing specific laboratory analyses (FTIR, titrations, Karl Fisher, dry extracts, etc.) as well as lab tests.
