A Day in the Life

As an Industrial Quality Technician at our plant, you will be the guardian of our product compliance, ensuring that every unit leaving our lines meets L'Oréal's highest standards. You will play a key role in our pursuit of excellence, with real autonomy to propose solutions and improve our processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure Product Compliance: Perform rigorous quality controls on finished products and components, as well as chemical analyses, in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Support Innovations: Actively participate in new product launches by validating defect ranges and monitoring the first production runs.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Update quality procedures and be a driving force in proposing optimizations for our production processes, demonstrating a true entrepreneurial spirit.
• Share Your Expertise: Provide your quality expertise and train new employees to ensure our teams maintain their level of excellence.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a rigorous and autonomous individual, driven by a desire for continuous improvement. Your initiative and problem-solving skills will be major assets for succeeding in this role and growing with us.

• You have a background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• You have some initial experience in a laboratory within a manufacturing environment.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective priority management.
• You are adaptable and know how to take initiative to solve problems.
• You communicate fluently in both French and English.
