• Drive sales and surpass expectations by expertly showcasing the world of YSL Beauty products and fostering a luxurious and welcoming environment
• Cultivate a loyal clientele by providing personalized consultations, sharing your makeup artistry expertise, and connecting with clients on a personal level
• Assist the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Beauty Advisors who are passionate about YSL Beauty and dedicated to providing exceptional client service
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the boutique, overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail
• Represent the brand with confidence and sophistication, possessing a deep understanding of makeup artistry, fragrance, and the luxury beauty landscape
