The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Retail Manager for our prestigious Lancôme brand within the Luxe division. Based in our HCM HQ, you will be responsible for driving the retail performance of Lancôme by leading store operations, managing Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers, and executing impactful promotions. This role is crucial for maintaining Lancôme's luxury image and market leadership in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan and execute offline monthly promotions to meet predefined KPIs.
  • Develop and implement retail workshop plans.
• Sales Forecasting & Accuracy:
  • Forecast selling products (Sales Out and Sales In by stores) and tester quantities, ensuring high forecast accuracy.
• Team Management & Development:
  • Manage, coach, and motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) and Counter Managers (CMs) within their respective counters.
  • Propose sales targets by store and by BA, and cascade and monitor execution meticulously.
  • Develop and propose incentive programs by store and by BA to drive performance.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Display:
  • Take accountability for in-store display and overall visual appeal, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to provide feedback and request necessary actions to optimize store presentation.
• Retailer Relationship & Contracts:
  • Manage and negotiate contract dealings with retailers to secure optimal terms and partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar Retail Manager position within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. Experience with a beauty company is a significant plus.
