A / MISSION To lead the strategic development and commercial performance of the Beauty Specialty (BS) and Drugstore channels for LDB. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, managing the P&L, and elevating our strategic partnerships with key retailers through O+O (Online+Offline) integration.


B / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Channel Strategy: Define and execute the 3-year roadmap for BS & Drugstores, identifying growth drivers and white-space opportunities.
  • P&L & Sales Management: Full ownership of net sales, trade spend, and profitability. Lead the S&OP process and monthly forecasting to ensure business accuracy.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and top-to-top negotiations with key accounts (e.g., Hasaki, Guardian, Pharmacity) to secure prime visibility and market share.
  • Retail Excellence: Ensure "Gold Standard" in-store execution, merchandising, and stock management. Drive medical equity and consumer engagement at the point of sale.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Trade Marketing to launch impactful O+O campaigns and tailored channel activations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and upskill a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to deliver excellence.


C / KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 8+ years in Sales, KAM, or Trade Marketing within FMCG or Beauty. Experience in Drugstore/Pharmacy channels is a strong plus.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong experience in P&L management and commercial negotiation.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and agile. Ability to thrive under high pressure and tight timelines.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Communication: Strong leadership skills with fluency in English.
