1. Position Objective

As the E-commerce Manager for LDB, you will be the strategic architect of our growth on Vietnam’s leading marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada). You are responsible for the end-to-end P&L, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring our dermatological portfolio maintains its professional leadership and premium brand equity in the digital ecosystem.


2. Main Responsibilities & Deliverables

Strategic Commercial Leadership & P&L Management

  • Drive Growth: Own the P&L and commercial roadmap to accelerate LDB’s market share on Shopee and Lazada.
  • Target Achievement: Deliver ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through data-driven planning.
  • Joint Business Planning (JBP): Lead strategic negotiations and JBP sessions with platform KAMs to unlock exclusive traffic, visibility, and growth levers.
  • Investment Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve Media ROI, promotion effectiveness, and overall investment efficiency.
  • Team Coaching: Lead and develop the platform operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and flawless execution.


Operational Excellence & Brand Experience

  • Store Management: Oversee full-store health on Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers, ensuring top-tier ratings, chat responsiveness, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Campaign Execution: Orchestrate the commercial calendar, managing pricing, vouchers, and stock allocations (ATP) in coordination with Supply Chain and distributors.
  • Consumer Journey Optimization: Partner with Online Brand teams to elevate the UI/UX—from premium content and navigation to conversion funnel optimization—ensuring alignment with medical/professional brand guidelines.


Data-Driven Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Analytics: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights regarding traffic quality, bounce rates, and conversion triggers.
  • Competitive Landscape: Monitor the dermo-cosmetic market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Retention & Acquisition: Analyze the end-to-end consumer journey to identify levers for both new user acquisition and CRM-driven retention.


Stakeholder Partnership

  • Internal: Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Teams, Business Controllers, E-Trade Marketing, Digital, and Supply Chain.
  • External: Build high-impact relationships with platform partners and E-distributors to secure premium placements and influence platform-wide category strategies.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in E-commerce and Commercial management, preferably within FMCG, Beauty, or Healthcare.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn "numbers into narratives" that drive business decisions.
  • Negotiation Power: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of successful JBP management.
  • Agility: A self-motivated "entrepreneurial" mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Execution Excellence: A hands-on leader who ensures that strategy is translated into flawless daily operations.
