About the VIE/International Assignment program :
 

  • The VIE program, is available to CITIZENS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA  (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
  • Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide.

So what will you do at L'Oréal Germany?

We are looking for a Junior Activation Manager for our luxe skincare brands (Biotherm, Kiehls, Helena Rubinstein) to join L'Oréal Germany in Düsseldorf to work on missions such as :

  • Unleash Your Creativity: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of exciting online and offline marketing activities that captivate our customers.
  • Think Big – Together: Assist in the development and implementation of innovative, customer-centric activation concepts – from exclusive events to personalized online experiences.
  • Budget-Savvy: Support budget management for bounce-back offers and GWP campaigns to help drive the success of our activations.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep an eye on market trends and support the team in shaping forward-thinking strategies within the beauty industry.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work closely with the Activation Manager, E-Shop Management, Product Marketing Manager, and Customer Management teams to help ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Omnichannel Mindset: Help optimize and implement omnichannel activation measures to create a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Driven by Data: Contribute to performance analysis of campaigns and support in deriving actionable insights based on data.

About you:

  • Master’s degree in economics, business, marketing, communication
  • An excellent communicator, you are rigorous, flexible and have profound analytical skills
  • Great innovator skills

  • Capable and passionate about working in an international environment
  • Fluent English
