What You Will Do

As a Technical Processing Engineer, you will be ensuring our manufacturing processes run with efficiency and safety through the engineering approach. Reporting to the Processing & Weighing Manager, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role is central to optimizing our production capabilities and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• 🏭Process Optimization & Innovation: You will design and oversee mechanical and programming modifications to enhance process efficiency, troubleshoot recurring technical issues using PDCA cycles, and analyze MTTR/MTBF data to implement lasting solutions.
• ⚙️Maintenance & Reliability: You will manage the preventive maintenance schedule, moving the team from reactive fixes to proactive, data-driven prevention by analyzing failure trends and managing critical spare parts inventory.
• 🔧Technical Governance: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating all technical documentation, including P&IDs, mechanical/electrical drawings, and machine manuals, ensuring they are accurate and compliant.

We Are Looking For
 You’re a great match for this role if you:

• Hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. 🎓
• Engineering & Technology Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering principles. Experienced in a manufacturing environment for minimum 3 years is preferred, and we also welcome applications from recent graduates. ⚙️
• Data & Analytics: The ability to analyze performance data (MTTR, MTBF) to identify trends and drive data-driven maintenance strategies. 📊
• Project Management: Skills to manage process modification projects from design to implementation, ensuring they meet objectives. 💻
• Agility: You can adapt to changing priorities and troubleshoot issues effectively in a fast-paced production environment. 🔧
• Operational Excellence: A commitment to quality and safety, with an understanding of hygienic design principles, understanding basic safety (LOTO) and continuous improvement methodologies like PDCA. 🔍
