YOUR FUTURE TEAM
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be part of the Talent acquisition team under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Director, and you’ll help to lead our RPO team.
What a day in the life of the Talent Acquisition Manager looks like:
You will be instrumental in building the teams that drive our Beauty Tech revolution. You'll lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with our Tech leaders to attract the brightest minds in the industry.
- Strategic Recruiting: You will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to hire top talent across key tech domains like Infrastructure, E-commerce, IT Operations & Finance, and Cybersecurity.
- Business Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, understanding their needs to build high-performing teams and anticipate future talent requirements.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Champion L'Oréal as a top tech employer in India by showcasing our unique culture, innovation, and career opportunities at industry events and online forums.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for technology roles.
- 5 to 10 years in the Talent Acquisition field
- Strong ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
