Your responsibilities:
- Define and enhance the Brand Social presence in Advocacy Touchpoints.
- Create Influencer Marketing (Advocacy) campaigns across social media platforms in collaboration with Marketing to design 360 degrees Brand Marketing Campaigns.
- Stay connected with communities of customers & influencers around the brand.
- Keep up to date and take advantage of social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches to key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent online brand identity by managing owned, earned and love touchpoints.
- Data & Reporting: manage PR&Advocacy budgets and use data to optimize future performance with a "test & learn" mindset.
- Work cross-functionally to develop appropriate content, if required.
Our requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with track record as a successful Influencer Marketing Expert (or similar Advocacy related role).
- Innovation & performance marketing mindset to turn advocacy into a meaningful source of growth for Kerastase.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media & community management.
- Entrepreneurial & solution-oriented approach.
- Have flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented approach.
- Are managing campaign budgets.
- Very strong verbal/written communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Good presentation & negotiation skills.
- Passion for cosmetics, health & beauty.
