-    Actively design and develop new makeup product formulation based on brief. Able to evaluate the strengths and weakness of formulation based on deep technical, competition and consumer understanding.

-    Perform the lab trials and follow scaling up, industrialization studies and all validation tests (stability, safety, efficacy, consumer, etc.), write technical & project status recap and ensure systematic reporting and/or presentation.

-    Identify and anticipate potential risks in projects and alert in time, analyze and make proposals and technical solutions to solve the technical challenge of projects.

-    Drive the delivery on time and in full of key project milestones. Self-motivated multi-tasks planning with anticipations on given projects. 

-    Competitor products technical evaluation and synthesize.

-    Proactive collaborate with global partners (e.g., US, FR, JP, etc.) – presentation of project status and build technical network.

-    Apply patents for protecting augmented socle new fla.

-    Ensure and respect all company and R&I guidelines, ex. EHS, quality and good laboratory practice. 

-    Lead and coordinate transversal missions.
