In the Warsaw headquarter there is also one of 7 Finance Business Shared Services Center. Established in January 2018, it is one of L'Oréal's most rapidly growing units. BEST carries out accounting processes for 14 markets from Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. BEST consists of the following departments: Process to Payment, Cash Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, Delivery Excellence, and Controlling, responsible for OPEX costs.

🚀We expect that you succeed in:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately enter accounting operations, process accounting documents, and ensure timely follow-up on invoice statuses, keeping relevant stakeholders informed. 
  • Accounting Principles Implementation: Ensure adherence to the Group's accounting procedures and principles related to orders, payment deadlines, and invoice processing. 
  • Tax Statement Support: Provide necessary information to general accounting for the preparation of tax statements (VAT, fee statements, etc.). 
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for optimization within invoice processing and related workflows. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Collaboration and Support: Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders, providing support and expertise to team members as needed. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to critically analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to inform decision-making. 
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze and solve problems, developing practical solutions. 
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to optimize existing processes. Experience leading or participating in process improvement projects is a plus. 
  • Excellent Communication and Facilitation Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and effectively facilitate discussions with various stakeholders. 
  • Adaptability: Capacity to effectively cope with change and adapt quickly to evolving business needs. 
  • Eagerness to Learn and Implement Best Practices: A strong desire to identify and implement the most effective solutions and best practices. 
  • Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. 
  • SAP Knowledge: Experience working with SAP systems is a plus. 
  • Master's Degree (or in progress): Master's degree in accountancy, economics, or finance. Candidates currently pursuing a Master's degree with relevant experience will also be considered. 
  • Project Leadership Experience (a plus): Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, and delivering results within deadlines.
