A Day in the Life
As the Media Manager for our iconic brands, you will be instrumental in maximizing our advertising impact across the Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets. Reporting to the Media Director & accountable to the Brand team, you will be the key media expert for the Consumer Products Division.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative, end-to-end media strategies (both online and offline) to elevate our brands and drive business results.
- Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with our media agencies and internal teams (Marketing, Sales, CMI) to ensure seamless planning, buying, and analysis of all media campaigns.
- Performance & ROI: Educate marketing teams on measuring return on investment (ROI) and leverage consumer insights to optimize our advertising effectiveness using advanced analytics with econometric studies. Master usage of AI tools and services to extract insights at pace.
- Business Acumen: Evaluate new media opportunities, connect the dots of media investments with business performance and provide strategic analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management to stay ahead of the curve.

- An experienced media professional with a strong background in managing both digital and traditional paid media for consumer-focused businesses.
- A strategic thinker who uses consumer insights and market knowledge to drive decisions.
- An excellent communicator and team player, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented and creative in your approach to problem-solving, diligent in managing financial rules and processes.
- Proficient in Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, ROI Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and using Consumer Insights.
